I kind of miss my Fiesta. Weird, because it grenaded its transmission at 6K miles. Two Fords in a row I had had POS transmissions but that Fiesta was fun to drive. I really liked it.

Yeah when I started dating my wife (then gf) she needed a new car, I talked her into the fiesta ( I think the top gear episode helped)

Yeah, we still love it, it's become the daily driver for both of us, she's down to part time weekends. It's a blast on the back country roads out here

It was a great “slow car driven fast” type thing. If the transmission DCT hadn’t shit the bed in a rather spectacular fashion at 6K I might still have it. Who am I kidding, no I wouldn’t, I change cars like I change clothes.

Yeah, I remember driving and thinking “it seems like the transmission is slipping” there was a recall because of broken clutches and what not. Computer was a bad shifter apperantly

Very bad. I made it to the dealer. When they called later in the day the service manager asked “Which wrecker service do we need to pay for towing you here?” I replied “None, I drove it there”
There was an awkward silence on the other end and then all he said was “You only had 4th and 6th gear left! How is that possible?”
No idea, bro. No idea.
